Refund policy

Dorsay MX offers a 30-day return or exchange window from delivery — email dorsay.mx@gmail.com with your order number. Since this is a personal hygiene product (LED mouthpiece and gel), returns are only accepted if the kit is unused and in its original packaging, unless it arrived defective or damaged, in which case that condition doesn't apply. Return shipping is covered by the customer, except for defective items or our error. Once we inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. For defective products, send photos to dorsay.mx@gmail.com within 30 days and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
